- Qualities: Cool & dry. Anti-inflammatory, antiviral.
- Uses: respiratory viruses, chronic joint inflammation, chronic inflammatory illnesses, cardiovascular, arrhythmia
- Preparation: Dry root, filtered water, 50% organic cane alcohol
Dosage: 10-40 drops, or as part of the Core CV Buhner Protocol - about 22% of the total formula (which also includes Baikal Skullcap [3 parts], Kudzu , Decocted Elder leaf , Licorice Root ), or up to 1/2 tsp for mild heart problems.
