Shipping policy

We currently process orders Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.

Because we are a small, hands-on business we spend most of our time in production.

We ship through USPS domestically and via USPS, UPS, and DHL internationally.

USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days within the continental U.S.

USPS Ground takes 3-5 days depending on the distance from our location in Tucson, AZ.

Free Domestic Shipping available on orders of $150 or more. 

 

Local Pickup option is available at our production facility in Tucson, Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 9a-3p.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
