  • Origin: southern Arizona, southern California, or Sonora, Mexico
  • Qualities: Cool & dry.

  • Preparation: Fresh leaves and stems, 1:2 95% organic cane alcohol
  • Dosage: 30 drops to .5 teaspoon, or as part of the Core Buhner Protocol which is equal parts to Licorice Root, both at about 11% of the total formula (which also includes Baikal Skullcap [3 parts], Japanese Knotweed root [2], and Kudzu [2]).

We will be on a Midsummer Break from June 12-26 so no orders will be processed at this time.
Upon our return to the office on June 27, we will begin processing orders in the order they were received.

  • We are a very small, family-run business. We process all ingredients, products and orders by hand. As of June 9, 2025, Orders will be processed on Mondays, weekly. You will receive a second notification once your order has been processed (along with a USPS, or UPS, tracking number; or DHL for some International orders). 
  • We cannot accept any order changes at this time. Please be sure of what you are ordering before you complete your purchase. 
  • Purchasing Route Shipping Insurance covers all loss, damage and theft of your package once it leaves our facility (even Customs delays!). Please contact Route directly with any claims.   • If you select USPS Priority Mail, your package should be delivered within 2-3 days of being processed.
  • Our USPS First Class option is now Ground Advantage via USPS
  • We DO NOT offer Expedited Shipping at this time.
  • Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. This is where your package will be sent. 
  • FREE Domestic Shipping option (on orders over $150) includes USPS Ground Advantage, or Priority, or UPS service. International Shipping options include USPS First Class, UPS, or DHL. NO free International Shipping.
  • For International orders, be sure that you can receive your package through customs and be aware that you may be forced to pay additional fees by your customs agency in order to take possession of your package. There is nothing we can do about this dilemma. All packages returned by foreign customs agencies will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
