Ingredients: dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale), nettle (Urtica species), horsetail (Equisetum arvense), bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon), puncture vine (Tribulus terrestris), kidneywood (Eysenhardtia polystachya), cholla root (Cylindropuntia fulgida), burdock root (Arctium lappa)

Instructions: Place 1Tbl of herb in a cup of water and bring to a simmer (can increase batch size accordingly) for 15-20 minutes. Let sit for another 15-20 minutes, covered. Strain the tea and drink 1-4 cups/day.
